astara Digital Talks

At the end of June, Hyundai dealers and Astara executives gathered at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne for the astara Digital Talks. In three languages and various sessions, over 100 participants discussed Astara's digital strategy and roadmap for the near future. For each sales tool (Digital Quote, Customer App, Lead Management, Lead Nurturing), dedicated breakout sessions and workshops with real-time demos and Q&A sessions were conducted. Hyundai dealers actively participated during the event. These valuable feedback sessions are particularly important for astara as they help in targeted development of existing digital tools. They not only serve to enhance efficiency but also provide a successful platform for the exchange and advancement of sales process digitalization and transformation.
